Black Mountain Golf Club

Black Mountain Golf Club is a 27-hole award winning golf course located in the foothills 12 Km west of Hua Hin. The original 18-hole golf course was obtained from lush jungles and pineapple plantations and was opened in 2007, while the additional 9 holes of West Course were opened in 2018. At the moment there are three different courses, East, West and North. In 2012, Golf Digest named Black Mountain one of the best 100 golf courses in the world outside the US. Black Mountain golf course was the site for Asian PGA tour events in 2009 and 2010 and the Europe versus Asia match play Royal Trophy in 2011; in 2014 it hosted The Thailand Classic, the first European Tour event to be staged in Thailand. The Thailand Classic, held also in 2015 and 2016, is now a major fixture on the European and Asian Tours. The golf course looks as natural as possible and maintains many original features. Black Mountain offers generous fairways for the shorter hitters that become narrower for longer tee shots. The greens are large with many pin positions that offer different degrees of difficulty. The holes are well protected by numerous white sand sculptured bunkers. The clubhouse offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the whole golf course. The clubhouse facilities include a fine restaurant, one of Hua Hin’s most extensively stocked golf pro shops, excellent practice areas and driving range, luxurious locker rooms, and on-site spa. The driving range is located behind the houses east of the 9th green. There are 16 mats under roof with cooling fans in the roof, 10 mats on the roof and 50 yards of grass from which you can hit your range balls. Black Mountain's caddies are among the best trained and most proficient in Thailand, all are committed to ensuring that every member and visitor has a wonderful experience on the golf course.
