Amazing Thailand Marathon Bangkok 2019

Over 25,000 runners from all around the world are set to return for the second edition of the Amazing Thailand Marathon Bangkok presented by Toyota. Runners will enjoy a unique city-centric course that will take them past some of Bangkok’s amazing landmarks such as the Victory Monument, King Rama V Monument, and Rama VIII Bridge before heading to the finish line at the Democracy Monument.
Presented by Toyota, the Amazing Thailand Marathon Bangkok 2019 lets runners of all abilities choose from four different race distances: Marathon (42.195 km.), Half-marathon (21.1 km.), 10 km. and Fun Run (3.5 km.), as well as a wheelchair division (10 km.) With 4 different race categories to register for there is a category for everyone!
On Sunday, 3 February, 2019 marathon runners will start their race from Rajamangala Stadium, while half-marathon and 10 km. participants, including the wheelchair racers, will begin their day near the Loha Prasat of Wat Ratchanatdaram. Family runners are to start in front of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
Organisers have worked with local authorities in order to offer runners an exceptional race experience – an early morning flag-off for cooler conditions and full road closures for a safe run. Runners will be encouraged all along the route by entertainment performances.
