Kiwi-born with both Chinese and Egyptian heritage, Bobby Chinn was educated in England and worked on both coasts of the United States before travelling the world to find a base in Vietnam. There he opened the award-winning Restaurant Bobby Chinn and followed with the celebrated Bobby Chinn Saigon ten years later.He took the concept of modern Vietnamese cuisine to London in 2014, opening House of Ho on Wardour Street to great acclaim. Bobby is renowned for his enthusiasm for creating new dishes and adding a signature “Bobby” twist. Bobby’s cuisine during Sunday Brunch on April 22 at Vertigo TOO will be under the concept “Food for Heal”. Bobby studied at Cornell for a scientific insight into food, nutrition, and the politics of food.
