Join us on 21 March 2018, as we pay tribute to the late 3 Michelin Star Chef Paul Bocuse, with a set dinner created by our Chef Christian and inspired by Chef Alain Ducasse. The selection for the evening set dinner features Cheese Gougere, Dover Sole Goujonnette and Snail Cromesquis for starters; and Egg Cocotte with Morels Mushrooms, as well as Charolais Beef Filet Mignon with Potato Dauphine and Creamed Young Spinach Leaves for main courses. We also offer a curated French Cheese Platter and Opera Cake made by Valrhona Dark Chocolate as options for desserts. Each course will be served with selected wine pairings by Barton & Guestier for the evening. THB 2,700++ for a 4 course set dinner menu with wine pairings by Barton & Guestier and California Wines.
