Our brunch buffet starts at 11.00 AM and goes until 4.00 PM, with the party and entertainment continuing until sunset. The culinary spread includes an array of action stations, including pasta, crepe, waffle, and omelette stations, and a Waygu grill station, as well as sushi platters, raw bar, salad station and Chef selected specials.
