Ao Klong Jark, meaning the bay of the waterfall, is one of the last bays on Koh Lanta' s southwestern coast. Located 23 Km south of Ban Saladan, about 45 minutes by taxi, it is only 3 km from the Headquarters of Mu Ko Lanta National Park. The bay houses a beautiful white sandy beach encircled by lush vegetation and crystal clear waters. The shallow reef is ideal to swim and snorkelling. The relative distance from Saladan Pier makes this beach an ideal place for those who want a relaxation holiday in a secluded tropical paradise. Despite its beauty, there are a few resorts in Ao Klong Jark, among these is the attractive Anda Lanta Resort which offers 50 accommodations, divided between beach front Villas, Garden Cottages and Deluxe rooms.
