Located behind the northernmost stretch of Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Water & Fun Park is the Pattaya’s oldest amusement park. The park consists of a water park with several pools and slides, a private beach, a fun park with a roller coaster and other fun rides, and a 170-metre height jump from the 56th floor of Pattaya Park Tower, the first highest seaside tower and revolving restaurant of Thailand. Visible from any point along Pattaya Beach, the 240-metre tall Pattaya Park Tower is the Jomtien Beach's most famous landmark. The tower hosts three revolving restaurants serving international buffet lunch and dinner with seafood, namely Panorama on the 52nd floor, Pinnacle on the 53rd floor and Meridian on the 54th floor, as well as the Apex Observation deck on 55th floor, all floors provide great 360 degree views of Jomtien, Pattaya and the sea. On the 56th floor is the jumping area from the tower. Although called Tower Jump, people actually slide down on a zip line strapped onto a harness. Another way to get down is the Speed Shuttle, where two people stand in a cage. The third option is the Sky Shuttle, a capsule for several people well suited for families with children. The Water Park houses several pools, a large whirlpool, giant water slides and a few smaller for young child. In the largest circular pool, swimmers can float around transported by a gentle current. Around the pools are sun beds with large umbrellas providing shade. For those who prefer to swim in the sea there is the private beach just in front of the water park. Food, drinks and ice cream are available at a few kiosks and restaurants, one on the beach the other close to the entrance, where toilets, lockers and some shops are also located. Next to the pools is a small amusement park boasts several fun rides like the Tower Shot, Slalom Roller Coaster, Galleon Viking, Family Swinger, Monorail, Musical Carousel, Demolition Derby and Samba Tower.
